An on-going 4 bedroom house can be seen to the left. This project has been divided into 2 phases - the first phase (the ground floor), which comprises of a one-bedroom flat and the second phase (the first floor), which consists of the remaining 3 bedrooms. This design was chosen to help the owners move in quickly, while construction continues until completion. The staircase are will feature a translucent roofing to allow in sunlight in the interim, to serve as additional lumination.

Additional features of the building include: an open space design to reduce wall costs, an off-grid proposal to limit reliability on governmental facilities and a small vertical garden to help with self-sustaining agriculture.

All these elements were carefully estimated and planned for, with the owners, in a strategic manner to lessen the financial burden on them, while ensuring completion in a timely manner.
